We offer each customer Free Shipping on all orders (within India).

Local Shipping Charges:

Orders below the value of INR 10,000 will be charged a flat shipping rate of INR 300 (only within India).

We offer Free Shipping on all our International orders above the value of INR 2,00,000 (≈ USD 2500). Those international orders that fall under below the amount of INR 2,00,000 (≈ USD 2500) have the added option to choose EMS shipping (only in those countries where EMS operates) or even opt for Express Shipping .

EMS Shipping Charges:

Orders below INR 40,000 will be charged a flat shipping charge of INR 2,100 and orders above INR 40,000 but under INR 2,00,000 will be charged a flat shipping charge of INR 4200 will be applicable.

Express Shipping Charges (delivery times range between 2-5 working days):

Orders below INR 40,000 will be charged a flat shipping charge of INR 3100 and orders above INR 40,000 but below INR 2,00,000 will be charged a flat shipping charge of INR 4200.

All our international Express Shipments are sent only through reputed shipping providers such as FedEx, UPS, Sequel, DHL & TNT that typically deliver within 2 to 5 working days (This is a tracked service)

EMS shipping is available in over 200 countries/territories including India, USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and Nepal and it typically delivers in 9-12 days. (Sometimes this service has been unable to track the parcels accurately )


FAQ’s  Shipping within India


1. What does “Days to Dispatch” mean? (How long will it take for my order to be shipped?)

When we use the term ‘Days to Dispatch’ we mean the number of days taken in preparing your order after which we hand it over to our partner shipping company. Pieces that are Ready to be Shipped are very often dispatched to our partner shipping company within 2-3 working days. Each made to order piece will usually take around 20 -25 days to be created and dispatched. This is based on the time taken to customise the piece. For eg. If a customer is looking to add a gemstone into a jewellery piece, or perhaps an additional laboratory certificate has been requested.


2. How many days does it take to deliver my order to me?

Our courier partners deliver orders in Indian Metro Cities within 7 working days Our courier partners deliver orders in Indian Non Metro Cities within 10 working days.

Please Note: All our delivery dates are additional to the number of days taken for the dispatch.

3. Is my shipment safe?

Each of our orders are checked meticulously by our certified quality assurance team after which each piece is packed impeccably in a tamper proof packing. With the added assurance of all our shipments being insured and traceable there is nothing to worry about. Our customer support team offers instant updates with the tracking details once your order has been dispatched and ready to be shipped. All our shipping and packaging charges have been included in the price of the insurance.


4. How can I track my shipment?
All Navratan shipments can be tracked online. All our shipments within India are sent by reputed couriers like FedEx, Blue dart, Sequel etc and have a Tracking Number attached to them. As the product has been dispatched from our head office, the customer will immediately receive an email update with the details of the Tracking ID and a link that will redirect them to the website of our partnered shipping agent.

We provide a Free Worldwide Shipping service for orders above INR 2,00,000, using only reputable courier agents like FedEx, Bluedart, eyc that take between 4-12 days to deliver.

3. What Shipping Options can I choose from?

·  We offer inclusive and free shipping on all our International orders above the limit of INR 2,00,000 (≈ USD 2500). Those international orders that fall below the value of INR 2,00,000 (≈ USD 2500) will have the option of picking an EMS shipping (only in countries where EMS operates) or perhaps Express Shipping .

·  EMS shipping is currently available in over 200 countries/territories worldwide including India, USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and Nepal. Through EMS, deliveries typically take 9-12 days. (This has sometimes proved not to be a tracked service)
·  As we are told, Aramex does not handle and deliver gemstones, gold and jewelry. 

4.  Will I be charged Custom Charges, Duties, etc.?

Please note that we will not be responsible for any custom charges, duties, VAT, etc. that your country may charge. This tends to vary from case-to-case and is beyond our reach.
Bear this in mind, there is no import duty on gemstones in the USA, Canada and Europe. Most other countries charge anything under 1%. VAT can be reclaimed by professional buyers.
We do recommend contacting your local customs for further details or getting intouch with our customer service team as we will be happy to share older experiences.

5. Will I be charged Customs Charges, Duties even if I return the item?

Please note for international orders cancelled or refused AFTER dispatch, the customer will be held liable for all custom duties and VAT charges by the country. In order to return the items back to us, the customer must clear the charges if any at the customs, and then return the piece, through our returns policy. Only after receipt of the item by our team, clearing of any custom duties and Taxes, will we be able to refund the remaining amount to the customer.

6. Is my shipment safe?

All our shipments, both international and national are checked and packaged in tamper proof packaging with double care! 7. Can I track my shipment?

All our shipments can be tracked online. Some EMS shipments will not be tracked, but this is solely based on the country of delivery. Our reputable logistic partners like FedEx, UPS, Sequel, DHL & TNT,  assure careful handling until delivery.  All tracked packages will have a Tracking Number attached to them. As soon as the product is dispatched from our office, the customer will receive an email with the Tracking ID and a link that redirects to the website of the partnered shipping agent.
