    Here are a couple of ways for you to establish your ring size


    Option 1 

    Use A String: 

    1. Using a piece of non-stretchy string, measure the circumference of the finger to be sized. 

    2. Place the string on the diagram below from end to end to measure the size of the finger. 

    3. Cross check ring size with Option 2 and Option 3, to be sure you have an accurate size.



    Option 2 

    Use A Correct Ring: 

    1. Using a ring that correctly fits the finger to be sized, 

    2. Match the inside edge of the ring to the circles in the diagram below. 3. Choose the larger size in case it appears to fall between two sizes. 

    4. Cross check ring size with Option 1 and Option 3, to be sure you have an accurate size.

    Use A Correct Ring: 

    1. Measure the circumference of the finger with a non-stretchy string. 

    2. Using a scale to measure the length in millimeters.

    At Navratan.com we are guided by a friendly, clear, and transparent 10 day Returns Window Policy. With our “No Questions asked” approach, we will refund your payment if by any chance you are unhappy with the item/ jewelry piece or gemstone that is being purchased. 

    Please note at Navratan.com our return policy is wholly dependent on the item/ jewelry piece or gemstone that is being purchased. Below are the different types:

    Loose gemstones, Jewelry, “Ready to be Shipped” pieces Return Policy:

    If by any chance you are unhappy with the loose gemstones or jewelry (ready to be shipped), these items may be returned with a full refund, strictly within the 10-day return window. During the time you are in possession of the piece, you are entirely responsible for its value and its care. After which we will be able to refund the cost amount. 


    Conditions to be eligible for return : 

                  1. The item must be returned completely unchanged. 

                  2. The item must be returned undamaged. 

                  3. The item must be returned in its original and unused condition. 

                  4. The item returned would be subject to inspection by the Navratan.com quality control team. 

                  5. The product should be returned along with the original invoice, packaging, documentation, certifications, and free gifts if any. 

    Important notes: 

    In the circumstance the item has been altered in any way or form, chipped/ nicked, damaged, set, scratched, has a different weight, the item will not be received for a full refund. 

    · Please note that Shipping Charges, TAX/VAT, and Duties are not refundable. · Return shipment is at the customer's cost 

    · In case the payment is made through a credit card, the payment processing charges (5%) charged by HDFC Bank Payment Gateway are non-refundable. 

    · For any payment through PayPal, no transaction fee is deducted. 

    · Any lab certificate that may have been custom ordered besides the free certificate supporting the item, shall not be refunded in the return payment.

    · Returns will take 30 days to process.

    Custom, “Made to Order” pieces Return Policy:

    Any custom created (made to order) item placed by the customer cannot be returned under the returns policy. The customer can instead request a store credit after the return of the original item to us (subject to inspection by Navratan.com quality control team). We will be able to refund 75% of your invoice value, for use against future purchases on our website 

    In the case an item has been created with specific customization (each situation will have reserved rights) we will contact you about a change in our return policy as it will not meet our standard returns policy. 

    Conditions to be eligible for return:

    1. When does the 10-Day Return Period Start/End?

    The 10-Day period starts from the day that the item has been signed and received from our shipping partners. The 10 day return period ends exactly 10 days (240 hours) after the item had been signed for. Under any circumstance, if an extension in this period is required, get in touch with our customer service team and they will be able to assist. 

    2. I purchased multiple loose gemstones and or jewelry pieces. I like one of them. Can I return the remaining items? 

    Yes, under our “No Questions Asked” approach, you can indeed return the other gemstones strictly within the 10-day return window. 

    In the circumstance the item has been altered in any way or form, chipped/ nicked, damaged, set, scratched, has a different weight, the item will not be received for a full refund. 

    · Please note that Shipping Charges, TAX/VAT, and Duties are not refundable. · Return shipment is at the customer's cost

    3. I have lost the lab certificate and original packaging of the product. Could I still return the item? 

    We Do require the full contents of the original delivery when returning the item strictly within the 10-day return window. Including certificates, invoices, documentation, lab certificates, packaging, documents, discount coupons if any, etc. that were sent along with the item purchased. In the event you have misplaced any of the documents, you may not be eligible for the full refund. Instead, you will still be eligible for a partial replacement / Store Credit. In the case an item has been created with specific customization (each situation with reserved rights) we will contact you about a change in our return policy as it will not meet our standard returns policy.

    4. Can I return only a gemstone I purchased from Navratan.com which I had set in a ring? 

    Our returns policy specifically mentions any custom made pieces cannot be returned. However, the customer is eligible for a store credit worth 75% of the invoice value, for use against future purchases on our website. 

    5. I would like to return a loose gemstone/jewelry piece. How should I send it?

    In the event you wish to return a piece, please take the following steps:-

    1. Before the 240 hours, 10 days return window, create a Return Me… An (RMA) number through your login account on our website. 

    2. Once your item has been accepted, your RMA number will be generated, notifying us that you wish to return the piece. Our customer support team will first check the details and get in touch with you. 

    3. Ensure to keep all original objects that accompanied the piece e.g. Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc. 

    4. Before the 10-day return window ends (240 hours) prepare to dispatch the item to Navratan.com’s registered office. 

    5. Pack the items carefully and send only through a reputed courier service provider with insurance for the package. We suggest and recommend you send our product back through the reputable and registered 'DTDC Plus' service from your nearest DTDC branch. This service assures Next Business Day (NBD) delivery in all metros and major cities within India, minimizing the risk involved related to delays, misplaced goods, or theft of the item. Be sure to send the courier to the correct address, as available on our Contact Us. 

    6. Ensure to update your tracking details into your login account on our website or share the details with our customer service team. 

    7. Ensure your chosen courier service provider 100% accepts jewelry, astrological products, considering their value and the insurance.

    We offer Free Shipping on all orders above INR 10,000 (only within India). 

    Local Shipping Charges: 

    Orders below the value of INR 10,000 will be charged a flat shipping rate of INR 300 (only within India). 

    We offer Free Shipping on all International orders above INR 2,00,000 (≈ USD 2500). International orders below INR 2,00,000 (≈ USD 2500) have the option of EMS shipping (only in countries where EMS operates) or Express Shipping. 

    EMS Shipping Charges: 

    Orders below INR 40,000 will be charged a flat shipping charge of INR 2,100 and orders above INR 40,000 but under INR 2,00,000 will be charged a flat shipping charge of INR 4200 will be applicable. 

    Express Shipping Charges: (delivery in 2-5 working days) 

    Orders below INR 40,000 will be charged a flat shipping charge of INR 3100 and orders above INR 40,000 but below INR 2,00,000 will be charged a flat shipping charge of INR 4200

    FAQ’s Shipping within India

    1. What does “Days to Dispatch” mean? (How soon will my order be shipped?)

    Days to Dispatch translates to the number of days we take to prepare your order and hand it over to the partner's shipping company. Ready to be Shipped pieces are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. Made to order pieces usually take around 20 days to be dispatched. This is because of the time taken to customize the piece. For eg. If a customer wants a stone to be studded in a jewelry piece, or an additional laboratory certificate is requested. 

    2. How long does it take to deliver my order? 

    Our courier partners deliver orders in Indian Metro Cities within 4 working days Our courier partners deliver orders in Indian Non-Metro Cities within 7 working days.

    4. How can I track my shipment? 

    All Navratan shipments can be tracked online. All our shipments within India are sent by reputed couriers like FedEx, Blue dart, Sequel, etc, and have a Tracking Number attached to them.     5. Will I be charged Customs Charges, Duties even if I return the item? 

    Please note for international orders cancelled or refused AFTER dispatch, the customer will be held liable for all custom duties and VAT charges by the country. In order to return the items back to us, the customer must clear the charges if any at the customs, and then return the piece, through our returns policy. Only after receipt of the item by our team, clearing of any customs duties and Taxes, will we be able to refund the remaining amount to the customer. 

    6. Is my shipment safe?

    Warranty and Product Guarantee

    At Navratan we offer each customer a Lifetime Warranty if the piece were to show any manufacturing defects. After a thorough quality check, even if there are defects like Porosity, Incomplete solder points contributing to a compromised piece of jewelry, we will immediately take the necessary steps to make it right. In the event you believe your piece has been shipped with defects, get in touch with our customer support team at the earliest. 

    Please Note: Only Manufacturing defects will be deemed acceptable for a replacement or a free alteration. 

    Gemstones at Navratan come with a third party certificate that offers assurance and guarantees the quality of every gemstone. Jewelry that has been manufactured and

    sold at Navratan have hallmarks that are inscribed on every piece illustrating the karatage of the gold, the manufacturer's symbol, along with the weight of the piece.

    Wearing jewelry every day does in turn have its effects on the fine gemstones and metals. We understand this and offer every customer a Chargeable Repairs Service in the event you wish to repair your product. Repairs consist of changes like: 

    ● Worn off metal finishing contributing to a discoloration, 

    ● Scratches on the metal, scratches, and chips of the gemstone, 

    ● Discoloration because of exposure to strong acids, 

    ● Wear and tear of prongs over time,

    Gemstone /Jewelry Care: 

    Caring for your gemstone/gemstone studded jewelry is most important. Over time gemstones tend to attract dirt and grime and need an occasional bath. 

    A safe way to clean your jewelry is by: 

    Placing your gemstone studded jewelry in a bowl of warm water, away from a basin

    Rinse with clean water in a bowl with a soft-bristled toothbrush 

    Rinse with clean water in a bowl, away from the basin 

    Wipe dry 

    Bowl is to catch any gemstone that might come out of its setting but can be returned to the jeweler to be reset. 

    Do not use any harsh chemicals, not even soap 

    Jewelry pieces set with enamel and Kundan work should never be washed or put into an ultrasonic machine.
